If your old-style DS golf cart is equipped with a Resistor, Series, or Regenerative drive system and you wish to enhance its performance by upgrading to a 48V system or transitioning from DC to an AC system using the Navitas Conversion Kit, the process is straightforward. To facilitate this upgrade to an IQ system, the only additional component you require is our specialized conversion harness (Link). Coupled with the Navitas Kit, this harness simplifies the upgrade process, allowing you to enhance your golf cart’s efficiency and performance seamlessly.

I had to relocate the shock mount and get it welded again, but the power upgrade is absolutely worth it. Also, don’t forget to grab the 36V to 48V conversion harness—it’s essential for making this kit work with older models like mine. Now my cart runs like a dream!
