Installed this non-EFI Yamaha carburetor on my G22 and it fired right up! Smooth idle and much better fuel mix. Great upgrade if you’re dealing with surging or hard starts. Plus, Prime Golf Parts shipped it lightning fast.

Solid quality carb. Worked perfectly on my 2016 Drive2 gas model. Throttle response is tight now. Only thing is the gasket was slightly off-size—had to reuse the old one. But as a Yamaha Drive2 carburetor, it’s worth it.

What jets come pre-installed in this carb? I’m running a lifted Drive2 with 22s—just wondering if I need to re-jet for better top end?

Good performance after install but it didn’t include instructions. Had to watch a few YouTube vids to get it dialed in. Still, it fits and works on my Yamaha G22 golf cart—just not quite plug-and-play for beginners.

Perfect swap for my non-EFI Drive2! No more stalling and the choke works like OEM. Highly recommend this for anyone doing a golf cart carburetor replacement without going EFI. Way cheaper than a dealer part.
