  • Returns sent Cash on Delivery (COD) will be regrettably refused.

Incorrect or Defective Items for a Replacement

  • If we sent you the wrong item or if you placed your order over the phone and received a different product than expected, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. However, if you ordered yourself from our website, any return shipping costs are your responsibility. We encourage reaching out to us for guidance before placing an order if you have any doubts about product compatibility.
  • Once the return process is initiated, we’ll promptly dispatch a replacement product to you at no additional charge.
