Decent replacement, but the mounting holes didn’t line up perfectly on my G9 model. Had to drill new ones. Otherwise, it looks good and feels sturdy.

Does this come with mounting hardware? Mine didn’t include bolts, so I had to reuse the old ones. Other than that, it’s a great seat back for Yamaha G-Series carts.
