5 reviews for Voltage Reducer, 16-18V to 12V, 20 Amp

  1. Eddie B.

This voltage reducer worked perfectly for converting 16-18V down to 12V on my golf cart setup. It handles 20 amps with no issues, and installation was super simple. Solid build quality, and my accessories run smoothly now. Fast shipping too!

  2. Nathan K.

Good product overall. It brought my voltage down to a steady 12V as needed, and it’s handling the load well. Only giving 4 stars because the mounting holes didn’t line up perfectly, but a minor adjustment fixed that. Otherwise, no complaints.

  3. Sara M.

Does the voltage reducer get hot during use? Mine seems to warm up a bit when pulling close to 20 amps. It works, but just wondering if that’s normal?

  4. Kevin S.

Installed this voltage reducer on my RV to power 12V appliances from a 16V source. Works flawlessly, even under heavy loads. The 20A capacity is more than enough for my needs. Plus, delivery was quicker than expected—very happy with this purchase!

  5. Cody L.

Anyone else notice a slight hum when it’s running at full capacity? It’s doing its job, reducing 18V to 12V, but curious if that’s normal. Still a good buy though.
