  1. Jake R.

Perfect fit for my 2002 EZGO TXT. The 3-piece design made installation way easier than the single-bar struts I’ve used before. Roof is solid now and doesn’t rattle. Highly recommend for any golf cart restoration project.

  2. Larry F.

Strut quality is good, but mine came missing a washer. Luckily I had spares in the garage. Installed fine on my 1998 Medalist. The ¾” steel tubing is sturdy, just double-check your hardware before you start.

  3. Tom H.

Was surprised how well this matched the OEM fit. Bolted straight onto my 1996 EZGO TXT with zero hassle. The center piece lined up perfectly. If your front roof support is rusted out, this is the one to get.

  4. Carl P.

Is this compatible with a factory sun top? I’m restoring a 2001 Medalist and want to make sure this 3-piece strut won’t interfere with the plastic roof. Looks well-made though.

  5. Allen P.

Ordered this front top strut for my 2005 TXT. Prime Golf Parts got it to me in 3 days. Easy install with a socket wrench. Only knock is the black paint chipped a bit during shipping.

  6. Dean S.

Wish the ends were a little more tapered to match the original roof contour. Had to do some minor bending. Once in place, it’s strong. Just not as “plug and play” as I expected for the EZGO 3/4″ top frame.

  7. Rick C.

Built solid, zero flex. Used this for a lifted 1999 TXT and it handled the roof weight no problem. The 3-piece design makes it easier to ship and store too. Great engineering!

  8. Troy A.

Fits great on the 1997 EZGO Medalist. No creaks or sway. One tip: mount loosely first then tighten everything once aligned—helps avoid torque stress. Product arrived faster than expected.
