The MadJax Club Car DS 6″ A-Arm Lift Kit was perfect for my 2003 model. The heavy-duty steel dust covers are a nice touch and give extra protection for rough trails. Installation was easier than expected, with detailed instructions. My cart looks great with the extra clearance, and it handles off-road conditions way better now. Highly recommend this lift kit for anyone upgrading their Club Car DS.

Solid build and durable materials. Instructions could’ve been clearer, but once installed, it’s a game changer. The A-arm setup handles rough terrain well.

I installed this lift kit on my 1998 Club Car. Super smooth ride now and it looks awesome with bigger tires. Fast shipping too, got it within 3 days

This A-Arm lift kit fits perfectly on my 1999 Club Car DS. The 6-inch lift is just what I needed to get bigger tires on it. The only issue I had was with one of the bolts being slightly off-size, but I managed to fix it without much hassle. Otherwise, it’s solid, and the steel dust covers are very durable. Definitely worth it for those looking to upgrade their older Club Car.

I bought this lift kit for my 1987 Club Car DS, and it completely transformed the cart. The 6-inch lift gave me the clearance I needed to tackle rougher trails. The A-Arm design is sturdy, and the steel dust covers seem tough enough for heavy-duty use. Plus, the parts arrived fast, and everything was included, which made the install process simple. Great value for the money!

Fits perfectly on my 2001 Club Car DS. The steel dust covers are a nice touch for longevity. Installation was mostly easy but needed an extra hand for alignment.

Lift works great, but packaging wasn’t secure, a few bolts were missing. Customer service was quick to send replacements though.

This A-arm lift kit really improved the ground clearance on my ’95 Club Car. Very sturdy design and no issues with installation. Perfect for off-road trails.

Good lift, but wish the instructions had better diagrams. Once installed, it’s solid. My golf cart rides like a champ now.

What’s the shipping time like on this lift kit? Does it come with everything needed for installation, or do I need to purchase extra parts? Also, how well do the steel dust covers hold up against rust? Any feedback from those who’ve had it installed for over a year?

Installed this MadJax A-arm lift kit on my ’99 DS and it completely changed the look. Super solid build, and the steel dust covers are a nice upgrade. Cleared 23″ tires easily. Took about 3 hours with basic tools.

Is this 6” Club Car DS lift compatible with rear seat kits? Thinking of adding one soon and wanna make sure it’ll ride level. So far, the front end sits real nice with this MadJax setup.

Hands down the best value I found for a 6″ lift kit for Club Car DS (1982–2004.5). It’s beefy, comes with everything, and rides smoother than stock. Prime Golf Parts shipped it out same day too!

Decent lift, but the instructions were kinda vague. I’ve done lifts before so I figured it out, but beginners might get stuck. Once it was on, though, it looked awesome.

Cart looks MEAN now. This MadJax Club Car DS lift was the perfect fit for my 2001. The steel dust covers are heavy-duty, and it rolls smooth with 22s.

How do you get the tie rods adjusted after lifting? I got the MadJax 6″ lift on my ‘98 DS and love the look, just wanna dial in the steering. Rides great tho.
Bill P. –
Everything lined up perfectly. No grinding or redrilling needed. MadJax knocked it outta the park with this Club Car DS A-arm lift kit. Highly recommend!
Logan R. –
Fit my ’94 DS fine, but the finish on the dust covers was scratched on arrival. Still functional, but I expected a bit more polish from MadJax. Shipping was fast tho.

Took the old leaf spring setup off and dropped this lift in. What a difference! The A-arm suspension rides way better. Steel dust covers are solid, not cheap plastic like others.

Do I need to upgrade my shocks with this 6″ lift? Installed the kit and it’s awesome, just wondering if it’ll ride better with HD shocks. Anyone done that?

If you’re lifting a 1982–2004.5 Club Car DS, this is the kit to get. The MadJax A-arm setup gives more travel and stability. Rides like a brand-new cart now.

Lifted my ’96 DS for trail use, and this kit handles roots and ruts like a champ. It’s solid steel, not flimsy stuff. Good welds, good angles, good price.
Nick G. –
Wish they included an alignment tip in the directions. Otherwise, no complaints. Cart sits high and turns heads. Fit my 2003 DS perfect.
Lance D. –
Honestly shocked how well this kit is built. The 6″ lift with steel dust covers feels like something you’d find on a UTV. Best mod I’ve done to my DS yet.

Wrong hardware pack included. Had to make a run to the hardware store mid-install. Prime Golf Parts did refund me a bit though. Once installed, the lift itself works fine.

The ride difference is night and day. Replaced my worn-out front end with this lift kit, and it’s smooth as butter now. Plus, it looks killer with the A-arms and steel covers.
