After some research, I chose the MadJax 6″ A-Arm Lift Kit for my 2004.5 Club Car DS. The price was competitive, and it arrived fast! I had a slight issue with UPS misplacing the package, but customer service at Prime Golf Parts quickly sent a replacement. Once installed, the difference in ride height and handling was noticeable right away. The plastic dust covers also add protection, which is a nice touch for those in dusty environments. I installed this on my Club Car DS from 2007. The lift kit is decent, but I noticed a slight squeak from the suspension after a few weeks of use. The lift height is as advertised, and it gives the cart a more rugged look, but I’m a bit concerned about the noise. Has anyone else had this issue? Thinking it could be the bushings or a misalignment. Besides that, it’s a solid kit.

I recently installed the lift kit on our family’s Club Car DS, and the transformation is impressive. We’re now able to tackle trails and uneven ground with ease. installation easy, but he did mention that the instructions could be more detailed, especially for beginners. Love the dust covers – they keep the joints clean and operating smoothly. Would give 5 stars if the directions were clearer.
