This power kit with spring and spacer gave my Yamaha G16 noticeably better low-end torque. Acceleration improved, especially on hills. Great upgrade for anyone running larger tires or rear seats.

Installed on a lifted G22 cart with 23″ tires — definitely pulls harder now. Spacer was a snug fit, and spring feels much stiffer than stock. Would love to see a version with install instructions.

This Jake’s Yamaha power kit really woke up my G14. Acceleration from a dead stop feels much stronger. Great upgrade if you’re hauling passengers or towing small trailers.

How much rpm gain should I expect with this installed? I put it on my 2002 G22 and it feels different, but I’m not sure if I need to adjust the clutch too.

Simple but effective. Spacer and spring went right into my stock clutch setup on a 1999 G16. Noticed better throttle response and no more bogging when climbing.

Shipping was fast, and the Jake’s power spring kit seems solid. Installed in about 30 minutes. My Yamaha G14 now launches much quicker, especially with a rear seat installed.

Nice performance boost for the price. Using this on a Yamaha G22 and it’s doing the job. Just make sure your belt and clutch are in good shape before installing this kit.
