However, the customer service team at Prime Golf Parts was helpful and quickly sent a replacement. Solid product, just wish I didn’t have to deal with shipping issues.

Is this Alltrax SR 500-amp controller waterproof? Just wondering about that since I use my golf cart year-round and sometimes in rainy conditions. Besides that, I’ve already noticed a huge difference in acceleration. Installation was easy, but the directions could be a bit more detailed for beginners.
