Tech Tip:
All electrical accessories such as Headlight & Taillight kits, fans, & Audio equipment operate on a 12-volt input.
For 36/48-volt electric carts we highly recommend the use of a voltage converter
Voltage converters will take the entire 36/48-volt battery pack and drop the voltage down to the operational 12 volts.
Only wiring a couple of batteries out of the battery pack to achieve that 12 volts will result in damage to those batteries and shortening the life of the pack.
For 36/48-volt electric carts we highly recommend the use of a voltage converter:

The headlights and brake lights are bright, but the mounting brackets didn’t line up exactly on my 1994 Club Car DS. Had to drill new holes to make it work. Once installed, the lights function great.

Good Club Car DS light kit, but I wish the turn signal switch was sturdier. It functions well, and the LEDs are bright, but the signal lever feels a little flimsy. Still a solid upgrade overall.

Love this GTW light kit! The LED headlights are crisp and clear, and the brake lights make my cart street-legal. Fit perfectly on my 2001 Club Car DS. Would highly recommend to anyone upgrading their golf cart!

The light kit is decent, but the wiring harness for my 1995 Club Car DS was a little short. Had to extend a couple of wires to make it fit properly. Once installed, the lights were bright and worked fine.

Nice light kit for Club Car DS, but the instructions could be clearer. Took a bit longer to install than expected, but once set up, the lights work great and look awesome. Worth it for the price!
