I installed this Yamaha G2 carburetor on my 1990 G2, and the improvement was immediate. The cart had been sputtering and stalling after warm-up, but after swapping out the old, gummed-up carb, it now idles smoothly and accelerates without hesitation. This carburetor came clean, pre-jetted, and ready to go. All I had to do was bolt it on and reconnect the throttle and fuel lines. It fit perfectly and required no modifications at all.
