- You will receive the RGA and return shipping label with your new motor (please use the box from your new motor including protective foam packaging)
- Acceptable cores for good running IQ or Excel (Black thick shell) Advanced motor (GE grey thin shell motors not accepted)
- Speed sensor must be included with core
- Once the acceptable core has been returned and inspected your account will be credited for the $300 core charge
