7 reviews for 16’’ Red / Black 6-Gauge Battery Cable

  1. Raymond T.

Used these to connect my 12V deep cycle battery to the inverter in my camper van. The 6-gauge cable handles the current perfectly — no overheating or resistance. Good flexibility and tough insulation. Definitely a reliable 16-inch battery wire.

  2. Austin G.

Top-notch quality. Crimped ends are tight and clean, and the cable length was spot on at 16″. Red and black color coding is super helpful. Installed these in my solar battery bank — great conductivity and no power loss.

  3. Eli P.

These 16” red and black 6 AWG cables are solid. Using them on my Club Car battery setup. Great thickness, solid copper core, but packaging was weak — wires arrived slightly bent. Still usable, just not ideal.

  4. Nick S.

Honestly surprised by the quality. Thick 6 AWG wire, flexible enough for tight installs. Used these on my backup generator system. Red/black color is clean and helps avoid mix-ups. Great product for short-run battery applications.

  5. Shawn B.

Good build, fast ship. Wires were exactly 16″ as advertised and felt premium. One minor issue — black cable’s insulation had a slight nick, probably during shipping. Didn’t affect use, but knocked a star off.

  6. Rick F.

Anyone know if this is marine-grade? I want to use it on my boat battery setup, but not sure how it handles moisture or corrosion. Looks good, but need confirmation before I install it.

  7. Aaron D.

You can tell this cable’s high quality right away. Thick copper strands inside and heat-shrink sealed lugs. Used in my DIY powerwall and it’s held up to serious amperage with no heating issues. Totally recommend it.
