I ordered several parts for a custom Navitas cart build I am working on. Product came damaged, maybe I’m splitting hairs but I believe when you spend money on a product it should be free from gouges. Also they don’t include hardware. Buy something new and shiny and reuse old rusted hardware or pay extra. The box did have a huge hole in it so maybe the hardware fell out? Called them about it and still waiting on a reply!
