EZGO ST400 Curtis Controller Kit (Years 2002 – Up)

This controller kit replaces 1264-5407, 73098-G04, 615551, and others. The kit includes a 1268 Curtis controller with an adapter harness and installation instructions. Commonly used on E-Z-GO 2002-up MTP 1000, Shuttle 2, Shuttle 8, ST 400 and Cushman vehicles.
